Traditional Telecoms
New Lines
Conduit Networks offers its customer a choice of lines from a standard telephone line (PSTN) to ISDN2 and ISDN30. Our pricing is very competitive and we offer more flexible contracts than many other telecom providers. Furthermore, unlike BT and other telecom suppliers we don't charge you to make a payment to us.
We actively manage your installation, keeping you informed and in control of the entire process. Our aim is to ensure the installation happens on time and causing you as little disruption as possible.
Line Rental
PSTN
We offer new installations for single lines whether for a one man office, a new fax machine, PDQ or alarm line. The installations can be fixed or temporary. You can opt for a cheaper basic line or a premium line with features such as answer phone, 1571, call diversion...
We can also transfer your existing lines to combine all your telecom requirements onto one straightforward monthly or quarterly invoice. Our prices are competitive and we can offer contracts with 30 days notice.
ISDN
We provide both ISDN2 and ISDN30 installations for more complex larger sites. We will actively manage the installation process ensuring a smooth, hassle free and timely service. Our installation charges are very competitive and we can even offer flexible contract terms so unlike other providers we don't tie you in for 5 years.
We can also move your existing lines to combine all your telecom needs onto one straightforward invoice. Our monthly ISDN charges prices are competitive and we won't tie you in to a ridiculous 5 year contract, unless you want us too!
Remember we won't charge you for paying us!
LCR
Least Call Routing (your calling traffic) is an important part of our business and your business. In these times it is important to manage costs effectively. In order to understand your business we will analyse your existing call traffic during a no-nonsense, free consultation - this can be in person or you can email your current bills to us. We will then submit to you a proposed tariff matrix based on our findings. In most cases we are confident in our ability to reduce the amount you pay for call traffic.
Our billing is done on a per second basis which means that you only pay for what you use. We don't round up to the nearest minute or charge you a connection fee. We invoice you for what you use, not what BT think you are going to use and we certainly won't make you pay the difference if you don't spend as much as BT predicted.
