What is SIP?

SIP trunks allow your business to use existing broadband connections for the purpose of voice traffic. The IP circuit carries and terminates your voice traffic across the public telephone network.

There are two massive benefits associated with using SIP trunks:

  1. Cost – up to 80% cheaper per month and per installation
  2. By using SIP trunks your business has total flexibility in terms of geographic location. You can move your existing numbers onto a SIP trunk and then use that number anywhere in the world

Keep your Existing Number

When a company moves office to an area served by a different telecoms exchange it is not possible to keep the existing numbers without having to pay your existing supplier line rental and call diversion charges. With our innovative Geo-Number Porting service we can allow you to keep your existing numbers ensuring complete business continuity and allowing greater flexibility going forward.

Once your old numbers have been ported onto our VoIP platform it is possible to be located anyway in the world and use your existing numbers. If you previously had one main sales office and now have three satellite offices, it is possible for all three to pick up when your old number is called by our customers or potential customers.
